Meet Our Founder

Our owner’s journey began in 2008Β with Morgan Statewide Construction, a family general contracting company. From the back office to the job site, she handled everything – paperwork, contracts, blueprints, city negotiations, and even laying concrete.

With a background in business administration and certified public accounting, she understood both the construction process and the financial systems needed to survive in this industry.

The turning point came in 2014 when she recognized that many construction companies needed the same coordination services she was providing to her family’s business. Creative differences and growth limitations led to the founding of Teed Inc.

“I realized coordination was my thing when I was a kid – always wanting to own my own business and be a manager. My approach is ‘been there, done that’ – not in a condescending way, but in a ‘let me give you what I got from it because what I had to go through, I don’t wish on anybody if they don’t have to go through it.'”

Started with Morgan Statewide Construction

Founded Teed Inc.

First Major Government Contract

$192,000 concrete contract with Fort Stewart in Savannah, Georgia (started as $50,000). Learned crucial lessons about government contracting and the importance of proper margins.
